Please be advised that the Minister has signed off on the 2009 TAC. The Trawl quantum is 118 578 tonnes. Permits should now be issued without delay.
It should be noted that MCM are closed between 24 Dec to 5 Jan. Effectively they close tomorrow. Those seeking permits need to take this into account.

National Regulator for Compulsory Standards

All stages in the launchuing of the NRCS are now complete from a Fishing industry viewpoint. NRCS documentation or fish products has been finalised and from today health certificates etc will no longer bear the SABS logo. From today all documents will be endorsed in the name of the NRCS.

MCM historic performance verification
